Phase In (Allocation)

This section covers the elements used in LS Replenishment for the Phase In process and how those are set up. In this step, items are allocated manually to stores.

This covers:

  • Allocation Rules
Allocation Rules describe the distribution ratio, how items are distributed between stores or store groups.
  • Variant Weights
Variant Weights describe the distribution ratio, how items are distributed between dimensions (for example: colors, sizes).
Variant Weights are percentage values - for example: Small 20%, Medium: 60%, Large: 20%
  • Dimension Patterns
Dimension Patterns describe the distribution ratio, how items are distributed between dimensions (for example: colors, sizes).
Dimension Patterns are quantity values - for example: Small: 1, Medium: 3, Large: 1
  • Allocation Plans and Buyer's Push
These are the functions to purchase and transfer items to the stores
